Program Leader for OCD Institute Orchard & East House

Summary - the OCDI Program Director will oversee all clinical and administrative functions of the OCD Institute. This includes the two program sites at McLean hospital campus in Belmont, MA. The program director will assure that all clinical activities are evidenced based and meet or exceed community standards. They are responsible for the development and implementation of all general, emergency, and program-specific policies necessary to ensure a safe, productive and therapeutic program. They must ensure that all policies and procedures are designed to comply with standards set by the hospital and regulatory and accrediting agencies. The Program Director must be knowledgeable about the clinical disorders the program treats, all emergency procedures, skilled in training and orienting staff as well as staff supervision and performance maintenance. They will assist in the creation of the program budget, and will monitor expenses, revenues and allocation of resources. They will interface with other hospital programs and committees as needed, as well as assisting with promoting a good public image of the program.
Responsible for providing guidance and mentorship and supporting specific clinical programs or services. This position involves coordinating nursing staff, implementing program initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in alignment with organizational goals.

Essential Functions - -Lead the development and implementation of clinical programs or services, ensuring alignment with the hospital's mission and strategic objectives.
-Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff within the program.
-Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
-Collaborate with healthcare professionals from various disciplines, including physicians, social workers, and therapists, to provide comprehensive care within the program.
-Develop and implement patient and family education programs within the clinical program.
-Ensure that nursing practices within the clinical program comply with all relevant healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Nursing required and Master's Degree Nursing preferred

Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required

Experience
Clinical nursing experience 2-3 years required and Leadership and management experience 2-3 years required
