Are you experienced in machine operation, manufacturing, or coating processes? We are looking for a Production Coating Operator to help produce high-quality film products by efficiently operating coating machines. If you're detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Schedule: 5pm - 5am

Pay: $18/hr.

What You'll Do:



  • Operate and monitor coating machines to apply protective films
  • Adjust machine settings for optimal quality and efficiency
  • Perform quality checks to identify and fix defects
  • Troubleshoot and conduct basic machine maintenance
  • Follow production schedules to meet deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Adhere to all safety and company protocols




What We're Looking For:



  • At least one year in production manufacturing; machine operation or coating experience preferred.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge, troubleshooting, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.
  • Team player in a fast-paced setting with a focus on safety.
  • Willing to work assigned shifts, including overtime.
