Sale Development Representative
CPS Solutions
Remote/ Homebased

As a full time, exempt Sales Development Representative with CPS you will represent the assigned CPS divisions by reaching out to various Hospital/Healthcare Director and Executives and will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our sales executives. You will aim to generate high-quality opportunities by engaging potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and solution-selling methods.

Schedule: This position is scheduled to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday, however may include some evenings and weekends, as necessary.

Salary range: $70,000-75,000 annually (depending on related work experience) plus commission.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Conducting outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identifying and qualifying potential customers based on ideal customer profiles
  • Research accounts and decision makers to personalize outreach and improve engagement.
  • Maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified leads and schedule meetings for sales executives
  • Engaging with inbound leads to determine fit and move them through the leads funnel.
  • Utilizing a Salesforce and Salesloft to track interactions and follow-ups.
  • Working closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Providing feedback on lead quality and customer pain points to improve sales processes.
  • Maintaining accurate records of prospect interactions and update CRM data consistently.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or related experience; Sales, Marketing or Business preferred
  • At least 2 years recent sales experience selling complex services to healthcare administrators including C-Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, phone and presentation
  • Ability to handle objections and remain resilient in a high-volume sales environment
  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
  • An ability to work independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft tools; Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint
  • Tenacity and persistence when times get tough (face of rejection)
