REMOTE: *Must Live in CT (commutable to NEW HAVEN)* Training will be ON SITE in New Haven for three weeks. MUST HAVES: Patient Access - patient registration, medical scheduling, triaging calls POSITION OVREVIEW: The Patient Service Rep is responsible for all functions and processes related to patient registration, scheduling and triaging calls. Utilizing effective communication and technology, proficiently assesses and balances the patient volume in a highly acute and /or non-acute environment assuring the timely processing of the call from the patient.
