Zayo is seeking a Director of Compensation to lead the design, execution, and governance of global compensation programs for a fast-paced technology company. Our Director of Compensation ensures the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent while aligning compensation strategies with business objectives and maintaining compliance across multiple geographies. Our Director of Compensation will also oversee base pay, short- and long-term incentive programs, and drive innovation in rewards strategies. Additionally, the Director of Compensation will lead and develop a small team of compensation professionals. *We'd ideally like for this position to be based in a hybrid capacity out of our downtown Denver, CO office (1401 Wynkoop); however, we are open to the position working remotely within the United States. Estimated Base Pay Range: $125,000 - $178,600 USD/annually The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan. Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
