The Opportunity The College of Arts and Sciences (COAS), Daytona Beach Campus is seeking an innovative and dynamic leader to serve as the Associate Dean of Research (ADR). This position is pivotal in advancing the college's research enterprise and driving its strategic vision to support faculty, students, and external stakeholders in cutting-edge research endeavors. The ADR will provide leadership in fostering an environment that encourages interdisciplinary research, promotes scholarly productivity, and enhances collaboration across the college, university, and external organizations.
