Description

Scope of Work:

Coordinates activities of the new equipment sales activities. These activities include both during and after the sales process. Will work closely with the Inside Sales support staff as well as the outside sales team.

Primary Job Responsibilities:



  • Accepts and verifies Purchase Orders for new equipment sales.
  • Review and comment on Terms and Conditions.
  • Performs the credit check and tax-exempt process.
  • Submits the order acknowledgment to the customer.
  • Manages all equipment ship dates.
  • Work closely with our manufacturers.
  • Will act as a liaison between sales and service.
  • With manage freight and site coordination.
  • May be required at times to perform site visits.
  • Provide management with project updates.
  • Promote good welfare among the company and its' divisions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience as a Project Manager
  • Bachelor's Degree in an applied discipline is preferred, or relevant experience may be substituted for education


Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):



  • Knowledge of resource planning and management, project scheduling.


  • Excellent attention to detail, Collaborating Skills, Creative Thinking, Interpersonal Skills, Logical Reasoning Skills, and Problem Resolution Skills.
  • Professionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness combine with a corporative attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skill.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be dependable and able to work independently


Working Conditions and Physical Demands:



  • Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; 8m. to 5 p.m.
  • Some occasional extended hours may be required
  • Sitting; occasional bending or kneeling; lift and carry a maximum of 10 Lbs., reach overhead for lightweight items
  • Office work
