We are seeking a driven Revenue Enablement Specialist to partner with our revenue teams.In this high impact role, you work directly with sales reps and leaders to onboard and train new hires on Procore's GTM strategy and sales motion, directly impacting the success of the sales organization.

As a successfulRevenue Enablement Specialist,you'll help lead and contribute to the success of key enablement programs including training, onboarding, communication, documentation, and content strategy for our global Revenue team, ensuring team readiness and increasing overall productivity.

This position reports to the Director of Revenue Enablement Global Programs. The position can be based in a remote U.S. location or in one of our 3 main offices (Austin, Tampa or Carpinteria). We're looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with the Enablement team to help manage the end-to-end onboarding process from Bootcamp through Ramp for new GTM team members, including scheduling training sessions and tracking progress.

  • Design, execute, and facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs to help Revenue new hires ramp quickly and effectively.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to develop and maintain effective onboarding curriculum.

  • Strategically write, create, package and deliver clear resources, content, and messaging through various channels. Ensure content is up-to-date and organized.

  • Partner with leadership to support consistent communication, including newsletters, and presentations.

  • Assist with the successful execution of several cross-functional enablement programs, such as Revenue Kickoff, skill-based programs, certifications, etc. in partnership with teams across Procore.

  • Support role-specific onboarding tracks and leadership development programming.

  • Monitor program feedback and effectiveness, refining materials to improve productivity and engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of revenue enablement, or training experience with increasing influence and responsibility

  • Experience with Asset Management software (Highspot or Guru preferred) and/or Sales Training/LMS software (MindTickle preferred)

  • Excellent presentation, writing, and editing skills with strong attention to detail

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work on time

  • Experience in supporting or working with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)

  • Strategic thinker who can turn broad visions and concepts into structured plans with measurable metrics and self-starter who is proactive and comfortable taking initiative

  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal, able to explain complex topics clearly and concisely

  • Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments

QualificationsAdditional Information

Base Pay Range $81,360 - $111,870. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
