JOB SUMMARY: The Physician Scheduler is responsible for the management and maintenance of the physician's schedules in the EHR system to ensure the highest possible utilization of physician time. Day-to-day functions include, but are not limited to, consumer outreach for appointment reminders, scheduling, review of physician schedules, data tracking and reporting. Must be organized, have strong computer and customer service skills, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate proper telephone etiquette and maintain solid customer relations while maintaining a positive agency image at all times. REQUIREMENTS:
