The Opportunity Genentech, a world leader in biotechnology, is seeking a highly experienced and innovative Technical Development Senior Scientist for driving automation in our Research Materials Group (RMG) group within the Cell Culture and Bioprocess Operations (CCBO) department. The Senior Scientist will play a pivotal role in leading and advancing our RMG initiatives to support pre-Early Stage Research to Early Development projects with high-throughput protein production from mammalian transient cultures. This position requires expertise with cell culture and sterile technique, as well as automation experience to join our team to enable protein production at Genentech and help advance our portfolio. Relocation benefits ARE available for this role. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South San Francisco, CA is $104,700 - $194,400. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
