The University of Virginia Darden School of Business seeks a Global Programs Administrator to join its Center for Global Initiatives (CGI) team. The Administrator will provide administrative support for the range of global programming sponsored by CGI including residential MBA (Darden Worldwide Courses, Global Client Projects and Exchange), professional degree (Global Residencies, Global Client Projects, and MSBA global course), and International Partner Programs. The Center for Global Initiatives sponsors academic programs in more than two dozen countries for Darden students every academic year with over 400 enrollments, with virtually all Darden full-time residential students enrolling in at least one course during their program and all Executive MBA students required to complete one global residency. Additionally, CGI welcomes MBA students from elite partner business schools around the world to study in the U.S. at its facilities in Charlottesville and Rosslyn, through custom International Partner Programs. This role will provide excellent administrative support to global programs and will collaborate closely with the CGI team to ensure seamless execution of the assigned programs and initiatives. This role will also provide administrative support for engagement activities through the Center, such as leadership travel and international events. The Administrator will support the team by managing all administrative aspects of the implementation of global programs, such as ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations, payments, expenses and reconciliation, travel management for faculty and staff, student travel registrations, student travel insurance enrollments, Canvas course support, event scheduling and logistical support, etc., as well as reaching out to external stakeholders to confirm program logistics, meetings and details. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with an interest in international education and a desire to facilitate transformative international experiences for Darden students. This position is located in-person in Charlottesville, VA, or potentially, Rosslyn, VA. Responsibilities:
