Job Title: Project Manager II Duration: 12 months Location: Columbus, OH 43219 Duties: Special projects for a Global large scale. Will assist with projects associated with impact ingredients, packaging, or manufacturing sites. Project planning, timeline reporting, project deliverables, facilitating meeting, action items. Manages/directs the activities and people associated with small to large scale projects with a focus on any or several non-IT business applications and disciplines. Manage/direct all facets of single or multiple, multidimensional, mission-critical projects through the Full Project Life Cycle. Collaborate/work with project sponsors, business units and users to identify project scope and focus, develop or monitor project initiatives, implement project requirements/plans/processes/tools, assign/guide/monitor project staff, and assure project success. Deliver quality project solutions to business problems or issues within defined budgets and/or timelines. Provide expert project guidance/support proactively through project completion. Provide tracking, reporting, and presentation to management and users. Skills: * Packaging background (good to have) * Regulatory understanding * Microsoft Office Suites * Project Planning and Scheduling: Ability to create detailed project plans and timelines * Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies * Communication: Clear and effective communication with stakeholders and team members * Adaptability: Being flexible and adjusting to changes in the project scope or timeline * Attention to Detail: Ensuring all aspects of the project are thoroughly considered and executed Education: Bachelor's degree in any field
