Mansfield Service Partners is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Entry-Level Logistics Specialist to join our team! This is a great opportunity for new grads or soon-to-be grads to gain hands-on experience in logistics, route planning, and operations within a fast-paced industry. What You'll Do:
- Plan and optimize delivery routes using advanced logistics technology.
- Coordinate with drivers, terminal managers, and operations to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
- Dispatch fuel orders while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and manage hours of service using telematics tools.
- Communicate real-time updates on deliveries, route changes, and service disruptions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve service issues and enhance satisfaction.
- Contribute to process improvements, special projects, and strategic logistics initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (graduation date no later than May 2025, preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in logistics or dispatching (internships or coursework considered).
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to process information quickly.
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn and adapt to logistics technologies (Power BI is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to stay composed under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
