Weekly Pay!
Well Established banking organization *Work Schedule: * 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, 7 days a week (shifts vary) *Call Center hours are 7:00 am-7:00 pm, 7 days a week -* *shifts may vary based on business need. Agents must be available to work on 1* *weekend days. * **Must be able to work all 7 days, but will only be working* *5 days a week. * ***Training will be 2-3 months* ***During Training it will be between M-F* *Description* * Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services. * Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued. * Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed. * Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
