Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a high-energy Industrial Sales Representative.

Position Summary:

The primary focus of the Industrial Sales Representative is to sell and rent both Caterpillar and allied equipment to the industrial industry. This role demands a strategic approach to customer relationship management, sales, and rental operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Sales and Rentals: Promote and sell Caterpillar and allied equipment to new and existing customers in the industrial market. Manage rental operations to maximize revenue and market share.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. Provide exceptional customer support and after-hours support as needed.
* Market Analysis: Assess customer needs and respond adeptly while staying attuned to market conditions and competitor pricing. Cultivate a diversified customer portfolio encompassing industrial, traditional, and non-traditional accounts.
* Strategic Growth: Identify growth opportunities in industrial, governmental, and institutional markets. Develop strategies to increase rental revenue and expand offerings and locations.
* Collaboration: Work with other divisions to target new customers or missed opportunities. Partner with power systems and other Cleveland Brothers offerings to enhance customer solutions.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in sales and rental operations, preferably in the industrial equipment sector.
* Strong technical knowledge of Caterpillar, allied, and aerial equipment.
* Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
* Ability to assess market conditions and respond strategically.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and divisions.
