Cox Automotive is hiring a Financial Senior Analyst. The senior analyst will support budget and forecasting activities, long-range planning, monthly results analysis, and ad hoc financial analysis in the $300m Finance and Insurance Business (F&I). The role is responsible for monthly development and interpretation of financial results, variance analysis, as well as analysis of key performance metrics and business drivers to identify trends and make recommendations. The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and the proven ability to influence other finance and business leaders are critical success factors. A focus on continuous improvement, including the enhancement of finance processes and procedures, is also critical.

USD 95,200.00 - 142,800.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $95,200.00 - $142,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
