THE JOB: As Sous Chef at the Chelsea Pool, you will oversee culinary operations, delivering fresh, vibrant cuisine in a relaxed yet refined setting. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Lead & Develop - Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure excellence in execution. Optimize Operations - Oversee requisitions, inventory, and proper food storage. Maintain Quality - Ensure top-tier food standards, addressing any inconsistencies. Master the Craft - Uphold expertise in sauces, stocks, and soups for consistent flavors. Enhance Collaboration - Communicate with management and service teams to meet guest and operational needs. Support Efficiency - Assist with purchasing, receiving, and maintaining vendor relationships. Drive Success - Manage kitchen schedules and contribute to strategic goals focused on profit, product, and team development. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience.
