As a SDR Strategy Senior Analyst, you will drive innovation, streamline processes, and implement scalable mechanisms to enhance efficiency and productivity across the Global (AMER/EMEA) Sales Development organization. Our team focuses on maximizing revenue and organizational productivity through standardized and scalable efficiencies, achieved primarily through inspection, process optimization, enablement, and data analytics.

Reporting to the Director of Sales Strategy and Operations, the individual in this role will be responsible for helping with the data analytics and analysis for the Global (AMER/EMEA) SDR Organization . They will work on a variety of strategic and operational projects across functions, for example business planning, performance tracking, forecasting, business review and compensation operations. The role requires interaction with various areas of the organization and provides daily exposure to senior executives. A successful candidate will have relentless curiosity and possess a passion for extracting insights from data and converting ideas to action.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations
- Design and interpret key performance metrics, and deliver insights & recommendations
- Help maintain weekly forecasts of business performance for SDR leadership
- Maintain monthly and quarterly SDR compensation processes
- Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives
- Support strategic initiatives including evaluating areas of opportunity for the business unit
- Assist in troubleshoot operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems/processes to fix root causes
- Prepare analysis and recommendations for SDR and strategy leadership to support strategic decision making
- Create and deliver weekly and monthly presentations focused on organizational performance, attainment and cross-functional alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners in Marketing, Business Operations, Sales Strategy, and Sales Leadership to delivery on joint objectives

Desired Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or related fields involving quantitative analysis and logical reasoning.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong business acumen
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience analyzing diverse data sets and communicating findings to executive stakeholders.
- Comfort running complex analyses and modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Previous experience with Salesforce CRM (Salesforce Admin certification is a plus).
- Proficiency with SQL and Tableau
- Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects.
- Strong operational skills and ability to automate processes to drive improvements.
- Ability to design and interpret key performance metrics and deliver insights via dashboarding
- Team player with the ability to influence and work effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving, situational analysis, and decision-making abilities.
- Self-starter with a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond.
- Ability to anticipate needs, adapt to new demands and execute with urgency and accuracy
- Experience in automation or scripting using Javascript, Google Apps Script, Airflow or similar is a plus
- Experience in management consulting, finance, product management, sales strategy, or sales operations is a plus.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $117,100 to $161,100. For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $107,700 to $148,100. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
