WHAT WE OFFER * Paid Time Off * Medical * Dental * Vision * Flexible Spending Accounts * Critical Illness/Accident Coverage * Life Insurance * Short & Long-term Disability * 401(K) * Profit Sharing * Parental Leave * Tuition Reimbursement * Paid Holidays ABOUT THE JOB * Lead all personnel and operations during shift. * Perform package and product changeovers. * Maintain low cost, high quality production practices. * Maintains thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment. * Follow and enforce all Wis-Pak policies and procedures. * Responsible for meeting production, quality, and quantity standards during shift. * Daily updates with following shift Lead and Supervisor. * Facilitate and aid other departments. * Enforce all safety standards. * Assure proper PPE use. * Follow quality assurance guidelines. * Assure proper raw material usage. * Monitor all promotional material usage. * Maintain strong and frequent communications with employees to help prevent errors. * Coding, Recycling, General Housekeeping, and Personal Training. * Follow all Food Safety and GMP Policies. ABOUT YOU * Minimum High School diploma or equivalent. * Ability to read, write and solve problems. * Have good people skills and team building skills. * Communication skills. * Must have some Manufacturing/Production background. * Comply with all safety rules and regulations. * Follow all GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) * Follow all food safety policies, procedures and regulations.
