Job Summary
As an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst, you will work in a dynamic role to offer mentorship, support, and deliver standard processes across communications, adoption, training, and sustainment (CATS) activities. Each day will look different; however, your main objective will be to prepare, empower, and equip clients and their employees to navigate the change which comes from new technologies and processes, and inevitably the new business challenges thereafter! As an OCM Analyst you have a highly developed ability to empathize with organizations and people who are experiencing change. You are driven to understand the client environment and take pride in applying strategies and tools to help facilitate the people side of as optimally as the technical side. The analyst will develop and implement change plans tailored to the unique needs of our clients and the ServiceNow platform. In practice, they will lead workshops, draft communications, plan training, and develop materials, such as presentations, handbooks, and media, for clients to use in supporting their employees as they absorb and adopt new ways of working. Applications will be accepted until 4/11/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
