Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience in SFDC Development & Customization Salesforce Experience Cloud Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mobility-T&H domain skills. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technology solutions and contribute to our companys success. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the customization and development of SFDC applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud to enhance user engagement and experience.
- Implement and manage Salesforce DevOPS processes to streamline development and deployment.
- Utilize SFDC Lightning to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
- Configure SFDC to align with business processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in Salesforce development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in Salesforce technologies.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates.
- Contribute to the overall technology strategy and roadmap.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in SFDC Development & Customization.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Have hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOPS.
- Show expertise in SFDC Lightning development.
- Exhibit strong skills in SFDC Configuration.
- Experience in Mobility-T&H domain is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model.
- Self-motivated and proactive in driving technology solutions.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 04/07/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
