*Job Description: *The Systems Administrator maintains and supports the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and related technologies. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, managing network servers, and ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure. The role also involves managing the company's Azure cloud infrastructure.
*Required Skills/Experience:* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Entra, Defender, and M365. Proficient with Intune configuration, deployment, and policies. Experience with MS Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Meraki devices, Wi-Fi/VPN, ServiceNow, and Proofpoint. Advanced technical skills in network, system, and cloud administration. Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows operating systems. Experience with environments of 800 users or more preferred. *Duties/Responsibilities:* Install, configure, and maintain servers, Azure cloud services, software, hardware, and networks. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Manage and support Microsoft Intune for device management and security policies. Ensure security through Azure Entra access controls and Microsoft Defender. Respond to system alerts and help tickets, coaching end-users through resolutions. Collaborate with IT team members to maintain positive, productive relationships. Perform root cause analysis and implement improvements. Participate in on-call support rotation and perform after-hours maintenance. Travel to branch offices for on-site support and office provisioning. Prepare self-help documentation for common IT issues. Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
