*Job Title: Web Traffic Coordinator* *Location: Hybrid (Monday and Friday at home, Tuesday to Thursday onsite in Portland, OR)* *Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm* *About the Role:* Are you a dynamic and organized professional with a passion for project management and e-commerce? We are seeking a Traffic Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in producing and managing timelines, schedules, and project plans to meet changing priorities and deadlines. You will monitor project status, lead seasonal go-to-market milestones, and actively work to evolve go-to-market strategies and e-commerce campaign management. *Key Responsibilities:* * Produce and manage timelines, schedules, and project plans to meet changing priorities and deadlines. * Monitor weekly or monthly project status and work with the team and stakeholders to adjust resourcing or timelines. * Lead seasonal go-to-market milestones and key inputs or touchpoints. * Actively work to carry out and evolve the go-to-market strategy and e-commerce campaign management by identifying potential actions and efficiencies. * Assess and communicate project feasibility when necessary, identifying alternative solutions when business or site quality is at risk. * Manage content production for special events and short-lead projects to support the brand, including cross-functional coordination and communications. * Take ownership and work across cross-functional teams to execute and maintain the most efficient and effective processes and communication methods to carry out projects. * Identify and implement solutions for process changes when needed. * Perform other duties as assigned. *Qualifications:* * 5-8 years of production or project management experience. * 5-8 years of consumer-based online experience, preferably in retail. * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines. * Strong understanding of e-commerce processes and business models. * Ability to handle a high-volume workload in an ever-changing environment. * Thorough knowledge of creative workflow processes, CMS (AEM or similar), and project management software (JIRA or similar). * Ability to think both strategically and tactically, as well as manage and adapt to dynamic changes in priorities and deadlines. * Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business partners. *Employee Value Proposition (EVP):* This role offers the chance to lead to other roles within the company, providing opportunities for growth and career advancement. *Why Join Us:* A key team member went out on an unexpected leave, and we are looking for someone to step in and make an immediate impact.
