Quality Improvement Coordinator- Full-Time Everett, WA Compass Health is currently looking for a Quality Improvement Coordinator for our Quality team in Everett! What you will be performing The Quality Improvement Coordinator is responsible for coordination and support of Quality Department functions in support of clinical and administrative initiatives to ensure that Compass Health care standards, including those mandated in state regulations, program contracts, or agency policy are consistently met. Reviews quality assurance standards and assists in maintaining existing policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties may be assigned
- Policy and Procedure workflows, including tracking of policies, references, and updates; and formatting, indexing, and facilitate signing of all revised policies. Maintain policy archive, and agency-facing policy library on the Quality Department SharePoint HUB.
- Serve as primary point of contact for site credentialling. Complete site credentialling information as requested, and proactively provide change, addition, and termination notifications to the relevant payers.
- Coordinate all site Department of Health licensures, including tracking license expiration dates, completing and sending renewal requests, requests for new licenses or modifications, and termination notifications.
- Coordinate client satisfaction surveys, including distribution, communication, and summarizing and reporting of results.
- Participate as a member of the Business Intelligence Group, including building BI reports as assigned by the group.
- Collect and analyze data in support of Quality Department KPIs, quality improvement projects, and other Department priorities.
- Support Implementation Team meetings, including scheduling, technical assistance with meetings, posting related materials, and setting up training materials in the Learning Management System.
- Maintain organization of Quality virtual resources, including SharePoint HUB page; Private Drive folders; and Teams pages.
- Support of internal quality auditing and monitoring activities, including assistance developing tools, pulling audit lists, developing reports, entering and summarizing data, and distributing results. This includes but is not limited to routine quality assurance, seclusion and restraint data, critical incident tracking, and medication error tracking.
- Provide administrative support to Quality Department activities and priorities, including but not limited to:
- Assistance building and formatting online surveys
- Assistance with creation of training materials, including basic video editing
- Requisitioning supplies or equipment
- Supporting meetings (scheduling, notes, facilitation)
- Gather information from other departments, follow up on requests, and manage the Quality inbox and incoming phone calls.
What you will be carrying along
- Associate's degree or equivalent required, BA Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience working in health care administration or support.
- Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Visio. Basic level skills with video editing using Microsoft Stream.
- Experience or education with the analysis of healthcare data.
- Experience with SharePoint strongly preferred.

- Demonstrated high level of fluency in key software to include the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to organize data into a digestible format or presentation and provide basic analysis.
- Participates in regularly scheduled supervision and team meetings.
- Remains compliant with required trainings and certifications.
- Behaves in an ethical and professional manner consistent with agency policy, state law, and licensing entities if applicable.
- Understands and practices safekeeping of client protected health information per Compass Health's policies and procedures.
