Location: Hydro Precision Tubing Rockledge
Scope:

Produce product by operating the BET (Bunch Coil Eye to the Sky Tube) in compliance with the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Programs and quality assurance systems to support the achievement of the sites goals and business objectives. Starting, stopping, adjusting line speed and inspecting for defects. Monitoring equipment, recording production and scrap. Performing OPM activities on the equipment as scheduled

Expected hours to work:

This position is a full-time hourly Non-exempt position. Normal hours of work are Monday through Friday, third shift 11:00pm-7:00am shifts, 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required before or after the normal schedule or weekends.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform measurements/inspections on the product according to the indicated frequency
  • Responsible for filling the racks and changing them as many times as the process requires during the shift
  • Operate the equipment in accordance with work instructions and following established parameters
  • Carry out inspection and cleaning routines according to the established program
  • Palatize the shift's production for delivery to the annealing oven
  • Attend and participate in a variety of meetings and task force groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements and policies.
  • Knowledge of chemical hazards, waste management procedures, and implementation of emergency response procedures.
