Staffmark is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Radiographic Equipment Service Manager to join a reputable medical instrument company in Coppell, TX.

Salary: $125K-$150K (Depending on experience.)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Manage service department and oversee FSE work duties.
  • Address customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain on-call schedule and ensure service coverage.
  • Administer work orders, maintenance schedules, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate customer complaints, troubleshoot, and provide solutions.
  • Handle administrative tasks including service tickets, timesheets, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws.
  • Promote continuous improvement and maintain a safe work environment.



Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years' experience with Radiographic Medical Imaging Equipment.
  • 5+ years in formal leadership roles in a complex technical environment.
  • Willingness to travel 50% within the specified region with occasional overnight stays.
  • Experience interfacing with internal teams and external customers in a solution-based sales process.
