Reporting to Senior Manager, Technical Account Management, the Program Manager provides program leadership for complex product development programs. In doing so, the program manager works with all levels of management, technical account management, strategic account management, engineers, and product owners to plan and track deliverables and integrations.

The Program Manager partners with the teams to determine the optimal mix of resources and sequencing of activities within their program to best achieve the company's overall goals. The Program Manager must have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to relate to all levels of engineering and product teams.

To be qualified for this position you:

  • Have experience managing complex product development initiatives for cloud-based products
  • Have 2-3 years of project management experience (software development required, Cloud-based preferred)
  • Have a Bachelor degree, or relevant experience. Possess strong written and oral communication skills
  • Have proven track record in managing/influencing cross functional teams (technology and business)
  • Have demonstrated ability to frame problems for a cross functional team and lead that team through joint problem solving
  • Can shine the light on things that are going well as well as things that need to improve

You will set yourself apart with:

  • Healthcare Technology experience
  • PMP Certification

You will be:

  • You will be responsible for leading internal teams on the day-to-day oversight of project deliverables, along with a technical delivery plan, deployment plans, operational project plans, etc.
  • The primary programs you will be managing are product development
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Prepare and present material associated with the product development including kick-off meetings, program status etc.
