Job Description An experienced professional that provides functional support of OU Health HCM systems through design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, security, reporting, and training. Duties include ensuring data integrity and designing basic reports to create and drive operational efficiencies. Incumbent will achieve success as a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders by maintaining and enhancing HCM systems, driving process efficiencies, troubleshooting issues, preserving data integrity, complying with security expectations. Uses project management knowledge and skills to help the team deliver the expected outcomes on time. Essential Responsibilities Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position.
