ABOUT THE JOB:

This role will be critical in analyzing potential business opportunities that has not been completed and working to design growth play potential for the Commercial Sales Teams.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Design & implement comprehensive growth plays at both strategic and tactical levels to drive market penetration and revenue growth. Collaborate to design bundled solutions that include modular office complexes and climate-controlled storage units, tailored to meet specific needs of construction projects.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term growth strategies aligned with company objectives. Using data analytics and potential AI tools, identify those current projects that are not yet at completion or at contract stage.
  • Execute tactical initiatives to support growth strategies, ensuring timely and effective delivery; this could include launch of a trigger campaign for specific industries construction and mobile office needs in specific sectors. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with sales, product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of growth plays. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness of growth plays and make data driven adjustments as needed; KPIs could be number of new contracts signed, customer satisfaction scores and revenue growth from new product lines.
  • Identify and develop innovative approaches to expand market reach by partnering with specific industries to integrate smart features into modular units, such as IoT-enabled climate control and security systems. Apply statistical modeling and analysis to derive insights from big data.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 5 years' experience in commercial growth, market strategy or related roles
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions
  • Strong quantitative, writing and people skills with elevated diligence and consistency in work product
  • Proven track record of successfully driving market growth and executing growth strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while remaining adaptable with business needs
