Compensation Grade: M14Compensation Details: Minimum: $53,218.00 - Maximum: $53,218.00 AnnuallyDepartment (CORP) HRI AlbanyJob Description: Responsibilities Health Research, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Contract Administrator to join the tight-knit Office of Contracts & Operations team, within the Corporate Office, in Menands, NY. The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing subcontract and consultant vouchers for payment, organizing and maintaining documents, and will serve as a liaison to vendors and program staff. This role works closely with HRI's Office of Sponsored Programs, the Office of Corporate Compliance, the Corporate Controller, and many New York State Department of Health programs. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field; OR an Associate's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience; OR four years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with reviewing invoices/vouchers, subcontractor/consultant interaction and processing payments. Previous experience with Workday, Microsoft Office suite, including Adobe Pro, Excel and Word. Conditions of Employment Management/Confidential position. Valid and unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. The selected candidate must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the official work location specified in the job posting and must also be located in or willing to relocate to one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Vermont, or Massachusetts, prior to hire.
