Overview ANV Global Services underwrites as a Global MGU with centers in Europe, and the USA. From our offices in Barcelona, London and Morristown, NJ, we provide underwriting expertise for some of the strongest and highest rated and financial partners in the market. The Claims Team at ANV works closely with insureds, brokers and underwriters to ensure that claims are handled in a fair, appropriate and consistent manner. We are currently looking for a Claims Technical Operations Specialist to join our Team in Morristown, New Jersey. As a Claims Technical Operations Specialist, you will serve as a champion for the customer and primary point of contact for technical claim operations. You will work directly with customer-facing staff across multiple business groups. You will proactively assist Claims Team in the administration, operation and management of claims and be liaison between claims and operations to promote claim handling efficiencies. Additionally, using various software applications, you will be responsible for developing and presenting claims metrics and reports. Responsibilities Identifies opportunities to streamline claim operations.
