The Opportunity

As a Sr. Program Manager, Business Operations on DAT's Product & Technology Enablement team you will enable strategic operational unlocks for the business through identification of solutions that will streamline visibility and delivery. You will help drive operational alignment across our broader leadership team to ensure our objectives are met. This role works extensively with leaders from both business and technical backgrounds and has demonstrated success in communicating strategic concepts, unlocking operational frameworks to streamline and simplify, and driving process implementation and changes with our business partners that span multiple divisions and seniority layers.

What You'll Do:



  • Establish and optimize Rhythm of Business (RoB) for the organization, with key partners
  • Enhance partnership with HR related operations including but not limited to talent acquisition, annual and mid-year cycles, promotion process, employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Enhance partnership with Finance related operations including headcount tracking, business cases for investments, discretionary spend allocation and tracking, quarterly and annual forecasts, reporting ensuring visibility for our leaders.
  • Establish support for the business with procurement, specific to MSAs, SOWs and renewals for software, as needed.
  • Establish light touch headcount portfolio framework and process as it relates to all things headcounts including dashboards and reporting for leadership views.
  • Enable preparation of events and business meetings that offer leadership an opportunity to check-in on progress to operational goals.
  • Manage operating routines that facilitate outcome based decision-making leadership alignment, team engagement, operational reviews, leadership offsites, all hands, etc.
  • Collaborate with business partners to support rollout of processes, as needed, to ensure success, with a focus on continuous improvement, efficiency and operational quality.
  • Collaborate with business partners to drive effective communications, as needed, for the organization to achieve awareness and desired traction for results.
  • Provide general program management, reporting and analysis support for initiatives and special projects, as required, by the business.

  • Ability to digest complex data and present findings in a clear manner that drives decision making and outcomes; experience with financial and strategic modeling + dashboards.


Additionally, You Will Possess:



  • Bachelor's degree or 4-6 years or related experience
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Capable of working with abstract concepts and communicating conceptual topics to others.
  • An excellent teammate, also able to operate independently while prioritizing own work and outcomes
  • Strong business insight, analytical and organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and advanced level of knowledge of Excel.

For Colorado-based candidates, in compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, theminimum salary for this role is $175,000.00 + benefits. The maximum compensation for this role can vary significantly depending on your job-related skills and experience.
