Description

The Equipment Maintenance Specialist will help with growth and development of Customer Value Agreements (CVA's). The person in this position will work closely with our CVA team, sales, and service departments on providing CVA quotes in a timely manner. This individual will work daily to monitor Preventive Maintenance Agreements and Total Maintenance and Repair contracts (TM&R) to ensure positive contract health. The Equipment Maintenance Specialist will create and monitor budget templates, produce schedules, generate reports, and resolve opportunities.



  • Work closely with Caterpillar on software development and process improvement
  • Develop and establish consistent processes to support service offerings in pricing and development
  • Create maintenance product offerings for all divisions.
  • Work closely with sales and develop solutions to meet customer requests/needs
  • Communicate with customers, create solutions then present to individuals or in a group environment.
  • Develop product offerings to fulfill customer needs
  • Look up parts (SIS, Reman book)
  • Communicate with internal personnel
