We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Intern to join our team at our Schaumburg, IL office. This internship (3 months) offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service and administrative tasks within a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Call customers to provide assistance and gather feedback.
  • Data Management: Look up and update contact information in Siebel.
  • Order Processing: Update order status and process orders in Siebel.
  • Reporting: Run reports to track order status and customer interactions.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Support the Customer Service Manager with various tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Communications, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Siebel or similar CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
