Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated IT Systems Administrator to join our shared services team.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Provide end user support with Dynamics Business Central ERP System. This includes reviewing and resolving system transactional issues, and assistance with system functionality
  • Identify both business and technical opportunities for business process improvement (e.g., leveraging of new features, new integrations, optimized business process, etc.)
  • Own functional delivery from end to end for assigned projects/activities
  • Drive and/or participate in end-user training and stakeholder reviews specific to your area of focus
  • Administer system setup of users along with system permissions and functionality
  • Ability to conduct research into systems issues and solutions as required
  • Ability to present ideas and data to varied audiences at all levels of the organization
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a skilled technical environment with rapid changes in direction and environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced high-pressure matrix environment


Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in ERP solution environment


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with persons of various social, cultural, and educational backgrounds
  • Strong understanding of operational and business workflows
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and resolution skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of systems development lifecycle including business analysis, requirements development, cost benefit analysis, change management, process reengineering, use cases, user acceptance testing, data migration, user training and ongoing systems support
