Production Specialist

Ecolab, the global leader of premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional andindustrial marketsis seeking aProduction Specialist. This role is responsible for printing out process orders, HU labels, closing process orders, managing Production Staging Area (PSA) inventory, and ultimately ensuring the production floor has all the necessary documentation and materials needed to keep running. Weekly tasks consist of completing the Process Order Variance report and clearing out COGI errors, among others. The majority of work is completed on a computer utilizing SAP. Strong communication skills are necessary to work with both the production team and inventory team to ensure inventory accuracy. Advanced trouble shooting skills are required to overcome unique situations that can occur in SAP.

What You Will Do

• Comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements (bump cap, hair net, safety glasses, steel toe shoes, etc.)
• Printing and organizing HU labels
• Printing out process orders, closing process orders
• Continuously communicate with inventory team to ensure accurate inventory
• Manage Production Staging Area (PSA) inventory
• Ensure production floor has necessary, and accurate, documentation and materials
• Adress Process Order Variances via weekly reporting
• Clear out existing COGI error

Position Details:

• Plant location: Greensboro, NC
• Work week and shift: Night Crew (6pm-6am, 2-2-3)
• Compensation package offered: $20.00 / hour + Shift Differential ($1.50 / hour)

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to use basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication division of whole numbers, fractions, percentages, and decimals
• No immigration sponsorship available for this role

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift, shift and carry 50lbs
• Must be able to pass a drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 yearexperience in a plant, manufacturing, or a warehouseenvironment
• Microsoft Office experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• SAP experience
