*RECOVERY SPECIALIST*
(Tewksbury, MA) We're currently seeking enthusiastic and empathetic individuals to join our team as a Recovery Specialist, in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. This role plays an integral part in fostering a safe and structured environment for our clients, helping them through one of the most pivotal stages of their recovery. *Why Join Us?* * Meaningful work that makes a positive impact on lives. * Flexible, per diem schedule. *Key Responsibilities:* * Ensuring program safety and structure by monitoring client activities. * Conducting admission screenings and supervising clients' well-being. * Completing shift documentation and record-keeping tasks efficiently. *Minimum Qualifications:* * Experience with substance use populations * Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. * A valid MA driver's license in good standing * High school diploma or GED. *Shifts Offered: *7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
