Job Summary

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the recruitment process, develop strategies to attract top talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to fill key roles, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, and implement creative sourcing techniques tailored to the plastics manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet company hiring needs.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions tailored to industry-specific roles.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract diverse talent, including online platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to improve hiring practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment.
  • Promote the company's employer brand and create a positive candidate experience.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing or plastics industry.
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting and developing talent pipelines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
