As a Human Services Analyst, you will hold a management level position that performs advanced professional and analytical work. You will complete research, forecast trends, and develop program policies. You will also analyze quantitative information, develop contract extensions and amendments, and manage the procurement administration process for services provided by CHIP managed care organizations (MCOs). This role requires the ability to make independent decisions on a daily basis regarding multiple aspects of the CHIP program while addressing consumer complaints and facilitating resolution with contracted insurance companies. In addition, you will use excellent communication skills to serve on procurement teams, lead contract development activities, facilitate project meetings, and present information to executives.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
• Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
• Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, working a minimum of one day per month in the office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
• Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• One year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs; and a bachelor's degree; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes one year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs.
