POSITION SUMMARY: In the role of Solutions Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the Solutions that are being installed or already are installed are maintaining to be operational and all support provided. This role will interact with internal employees, implementation team members and external customers. Support request will be from the Solutions Ticket System, Emails, and Phone/Text. Pay Starting At: $26.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include education, skills, work experience and certifications. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive bonus.
