Job Description

The Pricing and Deal team supports the Value-Added Services (VAS) division of Visa, responsible for USD 8B in revenue in 2024 and identified as the growth engine for Visa's business.

The team is responsible for providing pricing and deal support to increase VAS sales. It works with Visa's regional and global Product and Sales teams to improve the VAS sales process, supporting teams with intelligence, innovation, process transformation and other sales tools to grow the business.

The team sits at the intersection of many geographies, product organizations, and business units, requiring organizational savvy and strong interpersonal skills. This is a unique opportunity to drive the organizational excellence of Visa's business while collaborating with executives on a regular basis.

This role reports to the Senior Director and Strategy lead, Pricing and Deal team.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage a single-source-of-truth for VAS pricing, including maintenance of the tool, data integrity, bimonthly data refreshes.

  • Assist on projects on strategy development and assessments of opportunities - including competitive and customer trends by market - and develop them into multi-year roadmaps.

  • Support regional Sales, Finance and Product teams with the collection, analysis and sharing of competitive intelligence and ideas on how to pursue the opportunities that intelligence suggests

  • Structure and solve business problems by collaborating with a range of internal stakeholders. Organize and prioritize critical information, issues, and data to facilitate efficient decision making. Build out unique, creative, and impactful recommendations.

  • Help design and drive major planning activities, which may include annual strategy development and objective and key results (OKR) formulation, ongoing business performance and resource allocation checkpoints, or various other activities such as reporting.

  • Coordinate with functional partners to design and manage key reports that meet the goals of the leadership team. Proactively review a subset of reports/updates to flag areas that require executive

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

-2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced

Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications

-3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2

years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD,

MD)

-At least 1 year of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, experience in

management consulting, corporate strategy or payments VAS, an advantage.

-Business Acumen

-Understand financial, market and consumer data with the ability to grasp and

distill complex issues.

-Commercially astute with experience working in a fast-paced and evolving

global matrix organization.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 102,600.00 to 145,150.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
