Under general supervision, performs and reviews specific processes and procedures within and across departments to support achievement of regional, divisional and corporate goals.

Essential Functions

  • Participates/leads in the design, development and implementation of processes within area of expertise.
  • Main responsibilities include: internal and external quality measurement (Service Tower), performance management, communication office, daily/ weekly service monitoring, process compliance, stakeholder management/ engagement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Two (2) years related experience.

More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience.
