Job Title: Digital Asset Manager Position Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 03 Months Overview / Summary: The Advertising, Social Media & Creative Services team is hiring an asset management specialist to audit and organize their digital assets, including photography, video footage and production-related documentation. The Asset Manager will audit all assets across Sharepoint and Dropbox, and provide a recommendation for more effective and efficient organization based on industry best practices. The Asset Manager will support other departments at United by providing assets when needed. Essential Job Responsibilities: Asset Management (70%) * Audit all Advertising and Social Media assets stored in existing internal systems * Recommend an improved system for organization and onboard key team members to support the revised system * Work directly with the DAM team to upload relevant content to the United Digital Library * Act as main point of contact with various external partners to ensure all assets are stored internally in a secure, organized manner Communication (30%) * Respond to all asset requests from internal teams and agency partners * Make sure the wider team is aware where assets are placed and the appropriate location(s) for future workstreams Minimum Requirements: Related Experience: * Experience with a digital asset management system, IntelligenceBank preferred * Experience gathering digital assets and designing workflows * Experience with project management tools * Software account management experience preferred * Experience working with metadata and applying keywords to assets Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: * Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office * Intermediate proficiency with Dropbox or a similar online storage platorm * Strong communication skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently * Empathy for non-technical end users
