Order Management Specialist

Daikin Applied is seeking an Order Management Specialist to facilitate the processing of customer orders and function as a liaison between customers and our factories to ensure superior level of customer satisfaction.

Location: In office, Staunton, VA.

What you will do:

• Work orders to meet and exceed expectations in alignment with high quality output to provide top tier customer experiences.
• Works independently to process orders while supporting an expanded portfolio of products.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve customer complaints to maintain customer connections.
• Proactively partner with delivery team to resolve issues, determine root cause, and identify ways to improve and ensure top performance with the customer.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customer and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in order management, logistics, office support, accounts payable, administrative, or business-related field.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possess superior task, resource, and time management abilities.
• Exemplary problem-solving skills that help to identify defects and shortcomings.
• Ability to communicate business-related and general information efficiently in verbal and written formats.
• Ability to execute, multi-task, and deliver on commitments.
• HVAC experience
• Conversational Spanish is a plus.

The typical hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $22.50 - $24.00 in Virginia. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
