Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and entrepreneurial product manager to develop products and services that drive innovation and growth for our Post Purchase products within Visa Acceptance Solutions. As a Sr Product manager, Post Purchase Platform, you will define solutions with executable business requirements and user stories, working with cross functional stakeholders including Visa technology teams, regional solutions teams, customer service, relationship management and sales teams to jointly leverage our respective strengths and introduce innovative post purchase product solutions in a timely fashion. You should possess knowledge of both established and emerging payments and post payment flows and the solutions utilized by merchants, resellers, enablement partners and issuers. Essential Functions -Own the features for Post Purchase management. This includes conceptualizing how the features or experiences should be built in line with the Post purchase Platform strategy, researching feasibility (e.g., legal/risk concerns), assessing pilot and scaling implications and product dependencies, and determining core technical and design requirements -Understand the customer pain points and build delightful solutions. Interact directly with clients and executive leadership to evangelize innovating solutions. - Drive GTM strategy in partnership with Sales, marketing and other business teams by managing the pilot pipeline, and planning for product launches. Oversee product execution all the way through to implementation and end-consumer adoption/usage. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. QualificationsBasic Qualifications Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 143,200.00 to 207,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
