Quality Analyst - Writing

Our global team of Content Writers are on the forefront of exciting AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology while helping to edit Bot responses and shape future performance.
An ideal candidate will have a strong interest in research, creative writing, and must be a fluent speaker of English. This role will tap into your curiosity and keep you engaged with interesting content!

This role is 100% onsite in Mesa, AZ with a desirable Mon-Fri schedule.

Role Responsibilities

• Audit curated text using provided inputs and following strict style guide and formatting requirements using your knowledge, skills and your incredible ability to research and investigate information
• Perform data analysis and prepare detailed report out of audit findings and recommended solutions
• Collaborate with Trainer and Leadership to implement recommendations
• Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
• Identify nuanced errors and provide clear and concise feedback for improvement (Training provided)

Qualifications & Experience

• A Bachelor's degree is required
• A degree in Linguistics, Communications Science, Journalism, or related Language fields is preferred
• Experience annotating data with linguistic, syntactic, semantic, pragmatic, phonetic information, technical writing, copy editing, editing, depending on the requirements of the project
• Data Analysis
• Native-level proficiency in English
