Job Description General Responsibilities: This position will perform basic cybersecurity incident response and other associated information security tasks. Essential Roles and Responsibilities: Performs basic incident response as directed. Assists information security analysts with investigations as directed. Reviews SIEM data for patterns, creates and tests alerts, and generates reporting to assist with investigations. Assists other information security analysts or professional staff on routine tasks Will be placed in a progressively increased role of training and responsibility in work assignments. Requirements: High school diploma and BS degree in progress in information security, cybersecurity, or related field (information assurance, computer science, etc. ). The ideal candidate will have less than one year remaining to complete their BS degree.
