THE JOB:
As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you'll lead a passionate team dedicated to creating a spotless, safe, and eco-conscious environment. From driving high standards of cleanliness to championing sustainable practices, you'll play a vital part in enhancing both guest and team member experiences. THE STARTING RATE:$56,000 annually

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Team Leadership & Development: Supervise and support the EVS team through training, guidance, and performance management to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations including scheduling, task assignments, and inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Quality & Compliance: Enforce quality control standards to meet regulatory and company requirements in cleaning and waste management activities.

• Sustainability & Collaboration: Promote green initiatives like recycling and eco-friendly products while working cross-functionally to maintain a clean, responsible environment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• At least 2 years of cleaning experience
• Previous experience in environmental services, housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial operations.
• Has a willingness to actively engage in the development and growth of others.
• Excellent leadership skills
