JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The LionPATH Development and Maintenance Organization (LDMO), a unit of Penn State Information Technology's Academic Technology and Customer Experience organization, is looking for a highly motivated, organized, and knowledgeable individual to become the next Admissions Team Lead (ERP Analyst - Senior Supervisor). ERP Analysts ensure the reliable performance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; troubleshoot and resolve any ERP related system and user issues; participate in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test and implement ERP systems and applications; monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability; coordinate new software fixes and upgrades; recommend new features or changes to configuration/ workflows based on user feedback; and more. Note: Penn State's Student Information System (SIS), referred to as LionPATH, is Oracle's PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience. Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Experience and/or Knowledge:
This position is fully remote (within the United States). Standard working hours are in the Eastern Time Zone. Penn State does not sponsor or take over sponsorship of a staff employment Visa.
