Data Entry Specialist Onsite-Fairfield, IA Technical Skill * Data Entry * Accuracy * Customer Service * Account Management * Administrative Support Description Our client has an opening in Fairfield, IA. The position is a Data Entry Specialist and is 100% onsite. This is a temporary role through 2025 with the potential to extend into 2026. The Data Entry Specialist will enter accurate data into databases for processing. You will complete accuracy checks with teammates in a collaborative environment. There is some customer-facing aspects to the position, so high-level customer service and administrative experience is necessary. Duties * Enter and verify detailed client information in departmental database. * Submit data in an accurate and timely manner. * Conduct preliminary research and review business processes for data sets. * Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of technology platforms used to troubleshoot and research issues. * Answer and problem-solve incoming telephone, voicemail, e-mail and occasionally in-person requests. * Treat all requests with professionalism. * Coordinate with other departments regarding entry and maintenance of account information. * Assist with accuracy checks of team data entry to ensure accuracy levels are met. Additional Skills & Qualifications * 6 months to 1 year of relatable experience. * Resumes should include data entry, processing, and /or administrative experience. * Entry Level, IT graduates are welcome to apply.
